What Causes Weakness In Left Tricep And Bruise On Left Arm And Elbow?

Hi sunday,the 4th was in gym doing bench press and my left tricep gave out felt a seris of electrical shocks and weakness(I knew something was wrong) no real pain.now its Thursday and my left arm around elbow area is all bruised and numb,elbow very sensitive.still can flex tricep muscle,can pick up fairly heavy things but I have had this elbow sensitive and at onetime thought tennis elbow,golfers elbow,of course should have taken it easy in gym and rested but took aleve and went anyway benching 320 for reps I think I tore something because of overuse of chest exercises and bruising backside of upper and lower arm I am 63
