What Causes Weakness In The Arms?

i am male and pretty healthy, I am feeling very lite headed & weak in my arms.. it comes and goes!! I just ate lunch but am still feeling the same..i just had a physical and everything came out ok so not sure what that could be.. can u give me some advice
