What Causes Weakness In The Hands And Legs?

Hi sir, myself Pruthviraj from Hyderabad. I used to do gym in the past 3 years.. and slowly I noticed that I m getting weaker due my the problem with nervous system. from few months I m feeling legs and hands are getting weaker and my head is feeling heavy and unable to concentrate on anything.. now I m unable to do hard work and stand for longer time. Symptoms - head ache ( some times) Feeling moody all the time Hand and legs freezing Legs pain in the early morning Body pains some times

Please let me know what you mean by" my the problem with nervous system". It is very much unclear. It is better to consult a neurologist or a physician and find out the correct situation. Plus you may have to do certain investigations like CBC & blood glucose. You may start taking Calcium tablets once a day and Vitamin D3 sachets once week, which should provide a good deal of relief. But please do consult a proper doctor locally. Thanks.
