What Causes Weakness In The Knees Along With Palpitations And Abdominal Pain?

My grandson age 24 told me he has experienced weak knees occasionally, as well as what he calls a heavy heart i.e.one exhale or beat that is heavy like a thump and occasional chest cramp and occasional abdominal hurt now and then. He has been working out at the gym, eating better , gaining weight and all around better health and welfare. Symptoms have been occurring 2 to 3 days.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The heart, respiratory symptoms you have with pains in the upper abdomen. Need a cardiac check up & investigations to exclude heart problem. Weakness in the knee could be due to muscle or bone weakness due to less calcium/vitamin D deficiency/less oxygen supply due to a probable heart problem. Please consult a heart specialist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
