What Causes Weakness In The Left Hand?

my left hand feels weak like i really cant grip as I could. My right hand feels completely fine. im 29 years old and I stay active whenever possible. This started happening when i was taking off my sneakers I felt a hot tingle in my left thumb that wouldnt go away...and the next day my left hand felt weird. Like I can feel my veins kind off.

I really appreciate your concern, it may not be due to any disease still it is better to get done the cervical spine imaging study because such symptoms may be due to cervical spine degenerative disk disease, second even CT scan of brain can be done it just to rule out the cerebral pathology, hope this information helps.
