I do understand your concern
With such a presentation in my clinic, I would first rule out
carpal tunnel syndrome by doing a physical examination only and to confirm it you need electromyogram. If confirmed treatment will be conservative like painkiller, corticosteroid, and wrist splinting and management of underlying pathology if present. If conservative treatment dose not help them go for endoscopic surgical procedure for decompression.
You can do few things at home:-
1)Reduce your force and relax your grip
2)Take frequent breaks while working and make a fist release your hand and shake fingers do it 10 times.
3)Try to avoid your wrist up and down
4)Try to change your sitting position and avoid improper position
5)Always keep your hand and wrist warm and for it you can use gloves.
6)Mix 1 cup of Epsom salt in a deep tub with warm water. Soak your hands and wrists in it for about 30 minutes. Use this remedy 3 times a week.
