What Causes Weakness In The Legs And Delayed Speech?

Volume loss and pvl in 59 yo female. Complex/complicated Migraines for 40 yrs. weight 250. Depression, hypothyroid, gerd, kidney stones, lately very clumsy walking. Fallen 5 times with 2 injuries. Have cognitive issues, delayed speech at times and difficult finding my words. Unable to learn new tasks so on disability after losing 30 yr job to reorganization problem solving issues. Get stroke type episodes sometimes with headaches

Hello,

There are many causes for your symptoms:

1. Uncontrolled hypothyroidism leads pseudomonas with fatigue
2. Multiple lacunar stroke lead to dementia with gait imbalance
3. Hemiplegic migraine
4. Transient ischemic attacks
5. Myxoedema

Please consult your neuro physician, he/she will do MRI brain and treat you accordingly.
