What Causes Weakness On The Arms?

since two weeks ago iam feeling that my right arm is weak an feels very light weight!!it feels like as if i cant sense it,iam a anxious person an foreverything looking for causes i hope this is not related of any neurological problem like multiple sclerosis!!!,please help cant stop thinking!!
