hello sir,
some times in the day, i feel weak, entire nerves are paining, even at that time i cant walk,vision gets blurred, some times i feel like sleepng,vision is blurred.i feel tingling. if i eat some food , i feel good, especially with some juice i feel good. pls help me. ts is since two years

welcome to HCM portal,
since it is for two years ,unlikely to be something big,as that would have progressed by now.you have to get your basic general health checkup and blood and urine examinations to rule out any major problems.
