What Causes Weakness, Slight Headache And Cold Feeling?

My friend asked me this and she is worried I m 3 weeks 5 days postpartum, I had a c section I m not bleeding any more nor did I bleed heavy or have bad blood loss during c section. But over the past week I ve been cold 24/7 event in sweat pants in 80 degree weather. I feel horribly weak. And since a few days ago I ve had a slight headache. Idk if I should be worried or not or if it s normal. I do breast feed as well.

OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Your symptoms are suggestive of postpartum hypothyroidism,.like feeling cold and lethargic.
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated including thyroid hormone levels and get appropriate treatment.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
