What Causes Weakness, Sweating And Low Heart Rate While On Telma?

,my mother takes telma 40 in the evening for her BP. Today after taking her meds she has been very weak and sweating like her sugar levels were very down. her heart rate also dropped down. is it because of low sugar in her body and telma 40 compounding it ?

I have gone through your query. Low heart rate and sweating can be due to hypotension or hypoglycaemia. You should get checked your blood sugar and blood pressure in such case. If BP is becoming so low you should lower the dose of telmesartan (telma). If due to low sugar you should make adjustments in your food intake during night. Hope this may help you.
