So my uncle is 58 and he isn t the healthiest but he will gain a little weight but then he loses weight then he will gain a few pounds and the he drops even lower then he was before, and he doctors xrayed his stomach, but they can t find anything. So I was womduring if you knew what could be wrong with him

First of all, please do deworming and do a chest x-ray and please elaborate uncle’s history about fever, stool consistency, urine, smoking and alcohol history.
