Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood your concern. If the repeat sonogram confirmed a complete abortion, you need not worry about retained products causing the bleeding after 20 days. This could be a normal menstrual period but precipitated by the fall. If you have distension of the abdomen, it could be bloating due to hormones. You should watch other vital functions and report to a physician if you notice anything abnormal. If you notice an increase in the abdominal fat, this could be secondary to the pregnancy, abortion and the consequent hormone disturbance. This can be controlled by exercise and diet. Hope this helps.
