What Causes Weight Gain And Abdominal Bloating?

I have gained weight and my stomach has bloated up at ,least 6 inches in the last 6 months. I take p robotics, digestion enzymes, liver supplements, candida support as i was told by a homeopathic nutritionist that I have leaky gut syndrome. that has been over a year ago as I could not afford her services, I m also type 2 diabetic and am on insulin and medication. Can you help me as my stomach is getting bigger and I pass gas 24 hours a day and do not like going shopping due to the stinking farts. Thank you for listening. Janet I m sorry to bother you. I cannot afford to pay you right now as I did not know that a fee was asked.

hi dear
as you are on insulin and medication
some medication tends to cause in bloating of abdoment like acarbose .
However weight gain is of concern
I hope you are not suffering from other problems like cardiac disease
also diabetic tend to gain weight.
Also if you are on homeopathic meds then also you need to consider stopping them as some studies have shown steroid in homeopathic drugs which has a side effect of weight gain
if possible please take consult of an endocrinologist for regular diabetes meds or changing them
