What Causes Weight Gain And Severe Tiredness?
i have been gaining alot of waitand super tired all the time a freind had told me that it sounds like hashimoto, i had a blood test on frieday with the va but i never ashed to check for hasimoto cause i didnt hear about it till today saterday will a normal blood work show or is it a special test of its own

Complete blood counts may not reveal Hashimoto's thyroiditis. Thyroid profile test containing TSH, free T3, T4 levels should be done. Thyroid auto antibodies should also be tested. Blood sugar and blood hemoglobin should also be tested. Vitamin B12 and D levels can also be tested since nutritional deficiency can cause generalised fatigue.
