General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* The weight gain, lower abdomen pain and upper back ache are in relation to underlying hormone disturbances most likely. Kindly consult an expert OBGY for further guidance.

Till that time, follow basic guidelines as below

- regular walking, exercises, aerobics

- strict diet control to avoid all dairy fat, excess sugary items, non veg junk foods

- control of blood sugar and cholesterol

- avoid smoking, alcohol if consuming

- tablet dicyclomine or drotaverine for pain relief from spasm.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
