What Causes Weight Gain Variance As Compared To The Previous Pregnancy?

Hi. Three years back when I was pregnant (first child). I gained upto 55 kg and had got chubby cheeks. This time again I got pregnant and increased weight from 46 to 60. Taking thyronorm 25mcg on weekdays in this pregnancy.But I didnt get chubby cheeks this time. Only a little fat near cheekbone. Why the difference even after gaining more weight than previous.

HI, dont worry weight gain in pregnancy varies in each month and even in each pregnancy that depends on your diet also .so dont worry for that if baby is growing well.
