General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

All three medications you are on can cause weight gain. However, Seroquel can cause the most weight gain.
Switching to another antipsychotic like Ziprasidone can help prevent weight gain. So discuss with your doctor to see if switching from Seroquel to Ziprasidone is right for you.
Also, follow a healthy diet and exercise regularly.

Hope this answers your query
