What Causes Weight Gain While Suffering From PCOD?

Hello Doctor, I am 28 yrs old and suffering from PCOD for past 8 years. I made it through my first delivery and my kid is 2 years old. My menstrual cycle has been erratic since delivery but got it after an year. But now i didn t get my periods for 2 months suddenly though i tested negative for next pregnancy. Can you please help regarding PCOD ? As an effect of it have gained weight and has got hair on face.

Hi,
kindly consult a gynaecologist regarding testing of gonadal hormones and a ultrasonography to review the present condition. you may also need to get your blood sugar levels checked.
These investigations are important before taking the medications for PCOD.
