What Causes Weight Gain With Acne,brittle Hair And Loss Of Libido?

My liver tests are normal, but i have had symptoms for years and i have yet to be diagnosed. i am 43 and have acne, 40 pd weight gain, brittle hair, no libido, lots of facial hair - some blond, some black. Some of these symptoms i have had for years and some have just come on.

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.

You have symptoms of weight gain, brittle hair and loss of libido.
These symptoms can be seen in hypothyroidism. You should check your T3, T4 and TSH level. If you hypothyroidism then thyroid supplement like synthroid or armour can be useful.

These all are prescription based medicine so consult your doctor and plan accordingly.
