What Causes Weight Loss Along With Severe Fatigue And Appetite Loss?

I am 66 years old, and I have lost about 15 lbs. in a couple of months and am more tired than usual. I also have a lower appetite. I have noticed a sharp pain in my right groin area that is very painful when I move my right leg the wrong way. It feels like the ball and socket has arthritis and is rubbing and causing the pain. Can these be connected? I have an appointment for next week. Thank you, Bruce.
