Hello,

Feeling fullness in the stomach may be due to gastritis or peptic ulcer disease. It may be functional bowel disorders like irritable bowel syndrome or anxiety or panic attacks or excessive drinking of caffeinated drinks or carbonated drinks or food intolerance or malabsorption syndromes.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Avoid spicy food and caffeinated drinks. Use tablet pantoprazole.

Eat green leafy vegetables and fruits. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
