My doctor has put me on ginet for my PCOS will i have to stay on this forever i only have 10 cysts on the right ovary. I have been struggling with weight loss the last 4 years i seem to just loss a kg or 2 but put it back on plus an extra 2 or 3 kg i try hard i workout 5 days a week and i walk for 1 hour a day i eat healthier as so i dont understand why is it because of PCOS?
