What Causes Weight Loss In A Person With Reactive Lymphoid Hyperplasia?

I was asked to undergo gastroscopy and colonoscopy since I had recurring symptoms of burping, bloating and alternating diarrhea and constipation. There was a slight inflammation in the terminal ileum and the biopsy of the same declares it as reactive lymphoid hyperplasia.I feel that I have lost weight. My weight fluctuates too much and I am unable to find my exact weight to know if I have actually gone through a weight loss. What should I do now? If there is a weight loss, how do i overcome it ?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the loss of weight with the abdomen manifestation with inflammatory changes detected with lymph node hyperplasia then differential diagnosis is the matter of concern as long as the loss of weight is concern without this nothing can be said for sure hope this information helps.
