Hello,

Your symptoms could be related to an electrolyte imbalance or any other metabolic disorders. I would recommend performing some tests to investigate the possible underlying causes:
- Blood electrolytes for possible imbalance
- Vitamin D levels for possible deficiency
- Thyroid hormone levels for possible thyroid gland dysfunction
- Complete blood count, PCR, ESR for inflammation.

An ambulatory 24-48 hours ECG monitoring would help examine your heart rhythm trends for a prolonged time and exclude possible cardiac arrhythmia.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka
