What Causes Weight Loss While On Althea Pills?

why am i losing weight while taking althea pills? i ve been using it for two straight months, before i used it my weight was about 52 kilos. but when i started taking it til this day, my weight has become 49.9. i ve been eating a lot because i feel hungry all the time, but i m still i m not gaining weight. but before taking the pills, whenever i eat a lot, i gain weight fast. btw, i m super stressed out because of the certain things that affects my daily habits and somehow feels depress while taking the pills.
