What Causes Weird Body Odour From Groin Area?

Hello Doctor, Thank you for your time on WebMD, Male, 59, health less than satisfactory. History of internal thrombosis, spleen removed, asthma,rheumatoid arthritis. I have developed a yeast smelling condition between my scrotum and thighs. It is better after I shower for about 24 hours, then returns and increases in intensity daily. I apply a jock itch lotion which keeps it from itching but doesn t decrease the symptoms.

It's poor hygiene sir. Apply clobitasole gentamycin to remove infetion and keep the groin clean and dry as much as possible.
