What Causes Weird Feeling And Bruise Due To Bumping Behind Ear?

Was running to find someone. Ran into pole. Bump on slightly above and behind ear the size of a dollar coin. Feeling weird and slow to focus eye but I can function. I do bruise really bad and am worried I might have some internal bleeding. Should I wait a day to see if I feel better?

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of bumping into the pole and have a bump and slow to focus eyes.
Blurring of the vision itself is one of the indications to have CT scan or MRI of the brain.
The Doctor on clinical examination can still further decide the mode of treatment.
With history of blurring of eyes, you should not wait even for an hour, forget about a day.
Rush to ER and get tested.
