What Causes Weird Feeling Of Discomfort In The Penis?

Ok. Here goes nothing. I have a string-like something inside the head of my penis. And I ve had it for a long time now i guess. What s real noticeable is that i can feel it. It feels hard and long. I can also regret to inform you how when I shake out my penis in my sink..it appears to shake out tiny tiny black bugs that appear to have very small wings!!! I m not on any type of medication and I have no family history of mental illness or anything related to that. THIS IS REAL. What do I do?
