What Causes Weird Headaches In The Evenings Along With Nausea?

It s been two weeks and I have these weird headaches in the afternoon around 6-8 and a lil nausea sometimes ... They get a lil better when I sleep for like fifteen to twenty minutes ... What s the cause and cure moreover are these stress pain because probably I m thinking to much these days and worried about m my studies

hi,
These headache attacks could be stress headaches or migraine related headache. Try to avoid stimulus that precipitate them like stress, excessive sun exposure, skipping meals and smoking.
You may be relieved by simple analgesics like paracetamol or brufen. If these recur frequently, you may need to consider yourself getting examined by a physician or a neurologist. There are good prophylactic drugs that can relieve your headaches, which will need prescription.
