What Causes Weird Noise Coming Out Of Mouth Like Gasping For Air Or Air Being Compressed From Lungs?

Hi i am a 17 year old female and i was listening to music and started moving my shoulders from side to side and i noticed a weird noise coming out of my mouth like i was gasping for air or like air was being compressed from my lungs. It only happens when i have my mouth open. I have a tiny cold and i also have anxiety if this might have anything to do with either of the two.

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears to be the chest infection, or an allergic reaction, with lot of phlegm in the trachea and causing wheezing. It may be the that you have swallowed some material like button, or coin, etc which has entered the trachea.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have a X ray chest to exclude the foreign body in the trachea or larynx.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and
protein rich foods to have good health.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
