What Causes Weird Pain In Pelvis Along With Difficulty During Urination?

Hey! I have this weird pain in my pelvic area and it hurts like I have a UTI. I get these 2 weird ball feeling things inside that area and when I have to pee they hurt really bad but I had sex recently without protection but he did not cum inside so I don t think I m pregnate but i don t know what it could be! Could you please help

?Bartholin's Cystitis ?Skeines gland infection? or Furuncle of the Vulva with Urethritis.
Check from Gynec to rule out other causes by Second opinion after physical
examination would resolve your issues.

Could be due to post-sex traumatic urethritis/ or could be due to the STD from unprotected sex/
