What Causes Weird Sensation In Arms And Legs?

i have an odd sensation in my arms and my legs a little bit. It feels like how your stomach feels on a rollercoaster, but its in my limbs. What could it be? I have been been experiencing random episodes of it for about 10 years getting increasingly more frequent.
