What Causes Weird Sensation In Chest Upon Usage Of Nova Log Insulin?

My husband is a diabetic,lately he has been having a smothering feeling. He is on nova log insulin (just trying). He thinks after he takes it he starts feeling that way. He has already had a chest x-ray and an ekg. All was okay, going for a stress test tomorrow.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have weird sensation in chest upon usage of Nova Log Insulin. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like acid reflux , chest infection or cardiac problem , but in your case the symptoms are probably due to nova log insulin as its side effects . I would suggest you to to consult your doctor or endocrinologist for proper examination and discuss the condition with him/her . Doctor may alter the dose or prescribe substitute . Doctor may also refer you to chest specialist for chest infection or cardiologist for heart condition .
