What Causes Weird Sensation In Lower Body With No Control Over Legs?

Please type your query here...in the past couple of years I have experienced a weird sensation like warm water running the full length of my lower body starting at my waist all the way down to my feet which feel ice cold. This has happened off and on but today it happened when i got up this morning and I had several episodes all throughout the day. It is scary because it feels like I have not control over my legs and they feel so weak I have to sit down because it feels like I can't walk. Today it was the worst and it was almost painful around my waist to the point that I felt nauseated. Not a sharp pain but just a very weird strong sensation.I have had disc replaced in my neck. Would this be causing my problem. I am worried.
