You may be suffering from cervical spondylosis with compressive neuropathy or myelopathy.
Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Lehrmitts sign is a sign is seen in compressive myelopathy in which neck flexion or extension may lead to electric shock-like sensation in limbs.
So better don't move your head in abnormal position. Wear cervical soft collar.
If symptoms not improved you may need to undergo decompression surgery for recovery.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
