What Causes Weird Smell Of Liquid Coming Out Of The Pimple?

My face has been breaking out so bad, and i do get alittle carried away with poping my pimples till the point i get dark spots an scares. :( But today (March 9) i started to notice a funky weired odor coming from somewhere near me when i relized its the clear liquid coming out of the pimple/pore itself. I NEVER had something like this before im getting grossed out by the fact i am having a funky smell coming out of the pore/pimple it smells so gross :( Please help me. Thank You

Hi,

It seems that your acne lesions might be secondarily infected by bacteria. You should cleanse the face with antiseptic face wash. Take antibiotics like minocycline 50 mg daily for few weeks.Apply clindamycine gel at night daily.
Avoid anxiety and worries. Avoid oily food and milk. You may be alright.
