What Causes Weird Sound While Breathing In An Infant?

Hello doctor... My son is 4 months old he has cold since 2 days n I can hear a sort of sound when he breathes. I have consulted 2 doctors n they suggested me to use solvin cold n mucolite. This problem keeps repeating once in month since he s born. Pls suggest me which medicine to use.

i wil not suggest you some medicines as this cold can be viral and viral infevtions dnt respond wel to medicine ..i wil advise you to keep him protected and give him warm soups try to keep him warm and if his nose is blocked nasal saline drops can be used he wil be fine after some time
