What Causes Weird Sounds In Abdomen Along With Constant Productive Cough?

I ve been suffering almost constantly for over 4 months. I have bubbling noises in my nose when I lay down. I also have many other nose noises, including wheezing. I have almost constant coughing, with yellow and/or green flem. I m on the eleventh day of a 12 day antibiotic, and it doesn t seem to be helping much. I m also using nasacort and a saline spray twice a day. None of this seems to help.

Dear patient
You have got symptoms of pulmonary tuberculosis. Productive cough for 3 weeks duration in any person has possibility of pulmonary tuberculosis needs to be ruled out first. You need to be investigated with 1. Chest Xray postero anterior view to look for chest cavity and consolidation 2. Sputum examination for acid fast bacilli. Sputum should be taken in marking and atleast two samples should be tested. 3. Sputum culture is also helpful. You need to consult expert chest physician with all this report. All the best.
