What Causes Welts With White Center Surrounded By Red Skin?
i found 3 welts on my son s back, parallel straddling the spine . They hurt a bit particularly when he sits in a chair and lean on them. They are a white-ish centre with red skin surrounding them. They seemed to flare up right after he got out of the shower. He is 6-years old and about 50 lbs.

I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that this could be kind of boil and this would come around with the general management like keeping the good hygiene, apply some antibiotic and the best choice is "Povidone Ointment" no need to worry about this, every thing would be alright, take care and have a nice day.
