What Causes Wet Feeling On The Left Side Of Mouth?

Feeling wetness, like water sprinkles on the left side of my mouth. It is on the side of my lips on the outside not in. Its been going on for a couple of days & when I go to feel the place it is dry. It feels like water sprinkles hitting the area. It does it both inside and outside of my house.
