What Causes Wetness And Discomfort In Buttocks?

Hello,I i was cruising the internet and found that I am not the only person with this problem. I was hoping that i wasnt, so its good to know! For a while now it seems that my buttocks (anus more specifically) is always wet or that I have to pass stool but i never do, and when i wipe, it is never wet; there is not residue on the tissue paper and there is no smell. Unlike some other post that i have read, there does not seem to be a smell that emits from me or that particular area that may cause others discomfort, but it is uncomfortable I was wondering if you can help me find out what it may be. Maybe i need to take an enema.I have nor partaken In anal sex sometimes i do anal tightening exercises. Comparable to keegal I suppose.I work out a lot, but sometimes it happens when I m just standing
