What Causes Wetness And Fullness In The Ear?

hi i have been experiencing wetness and fullness in my right ear for the last 12 months. Two weeks ago walking along the street i had a hot flush from my neck to my head and everything going black.Idid not fall but grabbed my wife who held me up.This lasted for approx 5 secounds.Iwas taken to hospital and had ct scan chest x/ray blood test heart monitoring.I complained about my ear problem whilst in hosp.and was examined by ear-nose-throat spec.Had a camera up my nose and no problem found. i asked would the ct scan show any blockage.Five days later had a MRI scan. This showed i had had several mini strokes and fluid in my rightsided mastoid air cells. Two day later i had a similiar episode with hot flush and blackout. This time i was in hosp.for 3 days and underwent many tests clearing me of any heart / brain problems.I was put on high blood pressure / cholesterol and blood thinning aspirin medications. The problem is i still have not resolved my ear problem which has persisted for 12 months.Do i seek out another ear/nose/throat spec.for a secound opinion.

ENT Specialist 's  Response
in my opinion you are having ministrokes as u said, that are affecting blood vessels involving your inner ear causing you episode of vertigo, aural fullness. you should continue medication given by your dr. and if you feel wetness after few days , or any discharge comes out of ear. u must visit ENT specialist nearby. fluid in mastoid goes in favor of mastoiditis. I would recommend you a short course of antibiotics and decongestants.
