What Causes Wetness And Upsetting Bubble Pop Feeling In Vagina?

my vagina is always wet and uncomfortable, I have to squeeze my legs together in order to llike "pop" the sort of bubble I feel .. is this normal? It can get really upsetting as I constantly have to squeeze my legs together, is there anything I can do?
