What Causes Wetness In The Vagina After Urination Along With Dizzy Spells?

i know this is gonna sound rediculous but i used a toilet last week and after i stood back up i realised i had sat directly in something sticky an wet and was due to have my period at the near that time and it hasn't come yet, i have ben feeling quite sick, dizzy and been getting pains for the past few day.
