What Causes Wheezing Along With Swelling In The Feet?

i was sick with the flu two weeks ago, and put on amoxicillan 500mg TID for 10 days, for sinus infection and strep, the doctor said my wheezing and cough where viral and to take cough syrup, OTC for that, my fever was 101*, I finished the medicarion on this past Friday, I now have a cough, lost my voice,wheezing even worse and my ankles and feet and my legs up to my calves, are swollen. I cant wear most of my shoes, I elevate my legs and feet when I can. What is going on you think?
