What Causes Wheezing And Cough In A Heart Patient?

I have a wheezing in my chest for the last few days. No fever, chill but the cough is getting worse. I have a few medical conditions, kidney disease, shortness of breath n take heart medication. When or should I go to a clinic ? I am out of state n on vk away from my primary Doctor. Keith
