Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Wheezing Noise In Sinus And Pressure In Ears While Laying Down?
I have a gargle or wheezing noise in my sinus when I lay down and also if I lay on my stomach I have pressure in my ears. I take asmenex each day but my doctors say I don t have asthma. I also take nasacort in my nostrils every night or I m stuffed up the next day. I m also short of breath and wheeze when I get my heart rate up.
I believe it can be congestion or allergies causing the wheezing sounds. You may need to take antihistamines and decongestants to reduce inflammation and congestion.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
