What Causes Wheezing?

Hello sir, Myself Ravi, i am 32 years old. i am smoker & have been smoking for last 11 years, whenever i breethe, one slow sound of whistle comes from right nazel , i usally have a cough, whenever i work hard, my lungs become painful. please advise me.

Thanks for your question on HCM.
You should consult pulmonologist and get done
1. Chest x ray
2. Pulmonary function test (PFT)
Since you are smoker, and symptoms like wheezing and cough, I think you are having chronic bronchitis.
For this chest x ray and PFT are must.
And I request you to quit smoking as early as possible. It will harm you alot.
You may need inhaled treatment.
But first quit smoking and consult pulmonologist.
