What Causes White And Dry Patch Under The Ears?

i need some help.. I have a dry white patch under my ears on both sides. They don t itch but they are like dead, i mean doesn t give me much feeling if it press them hard or pinch them, at least not like the normal skin. I am not sure what could be the issue or what they are... do you have any idea? Can they be related to dandruff? I had problems under my ears but below the ears, it only recently happened and i am not even sure if it s the same thing as it was under the ears.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is hypopigmented patch then it need to be ruled out for the vitiligo, all the skin lesion demands the clinical examination and that is the way of diagnosis, right now you could keep the lesion under observation meanwhile better to rule out the possibility of vitiligo hope this information helps, take care have a nice day.
